Wesley Chapel Church of the Nazarene is excited to open the Computer Cafe' in the Light. Equipped with 8 computers and WI-FI, "We are ready to help anyone find the information they need here, and even find a job!" Pastor Paul Burdick has been working to provide the environment here weekdays, so that searching people may discover answers through their computer searches, work on school work, discover some new friends, and even do testing for employment here in the Computer Cafe'. "So much is accessible through the internet, that we thought we would do our best to provide computer services in a safe environment where even children are allowed to use computers or watch DVDs while Mom and Dad are working here as well." Wesley Chapel Church of the Nazarene has just become an administration location for training and testing through the Florida Ready to Work Program.
"It is our desire to provide real help and services to every age," says Pastor Burdick, "Even to the point of computer training for Senior adults."
Wesley Chapel Church of the Nazarene with provide these services Tuesday through Friday from 10am until 5pm.
With the overnight shelter project on site, soon to be open for persons in need of overnight lodging, the Computer Cafe' will add the prospect of helping persons find employment as well as an overnight stay, and something to eat.
